Can you do loans in Houston?
Anywhere in Texas. I'm licensed statewide and regularly close in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and across DFW. Everything is handled digitally, so location is never the constraint.
How fast can we close?
Three weeks is a realistic target on a clean file with responsive documentation, and I've closed faster when a contract demanded it. The bottleneck is almost always appraisal scheduling, not underwriting.
Will this hurt my credit score?
